For clients with Out-of-Network benefits a receipt for services will be provided so you may file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Professional Fees
- For Clients Not Using Insurance:
- Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes) – $200.00
- Medication Management Follow-Up (30 minutes) – $100.00
- Other:
- “No-Show”- when an appointment is missed or not canceled 24 hours in advance a $100.00 fee will be charged.
- Checks, cash, or credit cards are accepted.
All fees are due at the time of service.
